General
Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
 
Who Can Enter
  1. Entry is open to New Zealand property owners who are in Whanganui not currently on the market and who reside in areas serviced by Property Brokers Limited (‘Eligible Entrants’).
  2. The Promoter is Tessa Pudney of Property Brokers Limited (‘the Promoter’). The Promoter’s business address is
    51 Taupo Quay, Whanganui
  3. Employees of Property Brokers Limited are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
  1. To enter, Eligible Entrants must contact Tessa Pudney to book and complete an appraisal appointment.
  2. Entry is strictly limited to the first 10 people who contact the Promoter, subsequently sign an agency agreement, and sell their property with her.
  3. Only properties not currently listed for sale with any agency are eligible.
  4. No purchase is necessary to enter. Completing an appraisal and listing a property for sale with the Promoter is the only requirement.
  5. If a selected entrant becomes ineligible (e.g., does not proceed with a sale), their place in the draw will be forfeited and may be offered to the next eligible person at the Promoter’s discretion.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  7. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Number of Entries Permitted
  1. Only one entry is permitted per property.
Open, Close, and Draw Dates
  1. The promotion commences on Thursday 8th  May 2025 and concludes when the first 10 eligible people have signed an agency agreement and subsequently sold their property with the Promoter.
  2. Once all 10 qualifying sales have been completed and settled, the main prize winner will be randomly drawn from the pool of 10 eligible entrants.
  3. The winner will be contacted within five working days of the draw using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
Prizes on Offer
  1. The main prize is a $10,000 cash prize.
  2. Each of the remaining nine eligible entrants will receive a consolation prize of either a cheeseboard or a meal voucher, at the Promoter’s discretion.
  3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash (except for the main cash prize) and must be accepted as offered.
  4. Acceptance of a prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s name and image for promotional and media purposes.
Further Terms and Conditions
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or seeks to manipulate the promotion.
Privacy Collection Statement
  1. The Promoter collects personal information for the purposes of conducting this promotion and notifying winners. This information may be used in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at https://www.propertybrokers.co.nz/privacypolicy.
Limitation of Liability
  1. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the promotion or any prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
